ClientFlow is offered as a founding pilot product for agencies, consultancies, and freelancers that already operate client delivery in Notion. Features may change as pilot feedback is incorporated.

Terms of use for ClientFlow pilots.
These terms explain how ClientFlow should be used while the product is in its founding pilot stage and connected to selected Notion workspaces.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the Notion pages and databases ClientFlow can access, reviewing previews before approved writes, and confirming workspace data is accurate.
Acceptable use
Do not use ClientFlow to process regulated health, payment card, government identity, or other highly sensitive data unless a separate written agreement is in place.
Automation and previews
ClientFlow is designed to validate mappings, preview planned delivery work, and retain Delivery Receipts. Production writes may be approval-gated during pilot hardening.
Availability
ClientFlow does not currently offer a public uptime SLA. Support will prioritize connection, mapping, preview, and run recovery issues for active pilots.
