Install ClientFlow

Connect the Notion public connection and map your delivery workspace.

ClientFlow installs through OAuth. A user signs in, authorizes selected Notion pages, maps the delivery graph, then previews the first run before production writes.

Setup path

Four steps from install to preview.

Create account

Use a verified ClientFlow account so workspace tokens stay tied to a tenant.

Authorize Notion

Install the public connection through Notion OAuth and select the pages/databases ClientFlow can access.

Map databases

Choose Clients, Projects, Tasks, and optional Services databases. ClientFlow validates the schema.

Preview a run

Generate a simulated Delivery Receipt before production writes are enabled for a pilot.

Permissions

Ask for the capabilities the product actually needs.

Users should understand why the connection can read and write selected pages. The marketplace listing should make this explicit before OAuth.

Read selected pagesRead client rows, service fields, kickoff dates, and mapped database schemas.

Create pagesCreate delivery projects, tasks, recurring work, and relation updates after approval.

Update selected pagesWrite status, due dates, relations, source template markers, and recovery metadata.

No broad workspace scanOAuth page selection limits access to the pages/databases the user approves.
